Refund & Exchange Policy- The products you find on our website have been chosen carefully however if the item you purchased does not reach your expectations, please return the item in perfect condition within 10 working days (including the packaging) and we will provide a full product refund (excluding delivery costs). Some products and workmanship may be covered by a manufacturer guarantee. Where a fault is detected in a product covered by a manufacturers guarantee please return to us with the receipt and we will happily replace your product or give you a full refund.

Privacy and Security- Ecovidual collects the information required to fulfill your order and uses your information only for purposes related to the services we provide.

How to Purchase- Select the items that you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart , once you have completed your shopping click on the checkout page and enter your contact, shipping and payment details, then choose your payment option.You can choose to pay via paypal, credit card or direct deposit. Then sit back & wait for your delivery. If the product is on back order or is not currently in stock, we will contact you within 48 hours.

Paying- You can choose the method in which you want to pay. For payment with credit cards, Ecovidual uses Commbank Merchant Gateway or Paypal. This ensures that your credit card details go straight to a secure server and no details are seen or held with Ecovidual. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone. Please do not email your credit card details, this is not secure.

If you would prefer to deposit the money directly into our bank account, select direct deposit as your payment option and the details will be displayed. Once your payment has cleared we will process your order and send it out to you.

Freight- Freight is charged according to weight and for most items will be calculated at the checkout. We use Australia post to deliver your goods and all goods are registered. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will need to pick your parcel up from your local Australia Post outlet. Large items will be transported using a Courier Service.

Shipping Times- Because some of the products we choose are locally made and manufactured, delivery times can vary. The product description on the website will give you an indication of the expected delivery timeframes for all items. Most orders will be shipped within 3-7 days, however if we do not have a product in store delivery may take up to 28 days. We will let you know if the delivery time is expected to be more than a few days. If you require your parcel in a hurry please let us know & we will do all we can to get it to you as soon as we can.

Packaging- We reuse the packaging that we receive the goods in for our customer purchases to reduce waste and the cost of sending goods. If we require more packaging materials we will choose recycled materials over virgin materials.

Pricing- Pricing on our website is in Australian Dollars and is inclusive of GST. We do not currently take international orders for our products and ship only within Australia.
